Really hope that OFT does the right thing and pursues the issue. Is the only moral course of action now. Even though banks have scuttled like snakes behind stones and lowered their fees - like they are doing us a favour!!DMP since August 2011

Overdraft Fees: Case Against Banks Dropped
Banks will face no further legal action from the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) regarding their overdraft fees, Sky sources say.
The OFT lost a test case last month, when the Supreme Court ruled that banks were entitled to charge for unauthorised overdrafts.
However, the judges suggested the case could be brought to court again using a different legal argument.

At the moment it's not been confirmed but someone has leaked something somewhere along the lines. Lets not forget even after the slip came out about the OFT making a statement on Tuesday, they were still denying it!
