Maturing fixed rate cash ISA

My fixed rate ISA matures shortly, and will probably migrate to a flexible offering in the short term.
I'm looking to put some of the money into an IFISA, but ideally invested with several platforms over a period of time. Can I drip feed from the flexible ISA, or does it all have to go in one go to one IFISA?

If you can open several IFISAs without making an initial deposit then you should be able to feed each of them with previous year money by partial transfers from your matured ISA.0
