and so in a flash July has come round which means Chart 2 this month!
I look forward to lots of The MFiT-T4 form's coming through soon :)

My update may look rather squiffy this month as i'm buying a new car but haven't managed to sell my old one yet which will replace the deposit money and give me an extra upwards boost to earn some more interest.
Anyone interested in buying it? lol
    - Mortgage: 1st one down, 2nd also busted
    - Student Loan gone
Swagbucks, Mingle, GiffGaff, Prolific, Qmee & Quidco; thank you MSE every little bit helps

I may possibly be able to make another £500 payment this month so will hold off on my update as long as feasibly possible.

Can I ask how people are working out their current mortgage balance? I think I made a mess of mine on the last chart as when I look back I cant see where I got the figure from and have now totally confused myself!

    Thanks!

Edit - I found a link on here to a spreadsheet which has helped get me sorted (I think!). Update in for July. I will be in red as unable to overpay at the moment after changing jobs, moving house etc, but hopefully will be able to start making progress soon.
  • # 59 with the latest update.....

Those last three months went quick!

I'm holding off with my update as I am frantically trying to pay more off. If I don't manage it I think I may be in the yellow, if not red. :(
