UKCPS letters 1 & 2 are just coming up asthe homepage for photobucket when I hit the link. The new recently added letter 3 opens up OK.
    Am I doing anything wrong??

I guess you'll be up to date with the letters, but would be good to check for myself.

No you aren't doing anything wrong. Hence my remarks about some of the links being broken.

Hi - just when I thought it had all gone quiet...........

Received a letter from a company called Court Proceedings Limited London requesting payment of £120 for the UKCPS ticket before the cost goes up to "a typical breakdown of costs following court action" of around £325.00

Signed by M Harper (Debt recovery Manager)

    Familiar to anyone?

Yes, well known on here. Note the name and the "scales of justice" logo. Anyone would think they are trying to fool people into thinking this is an official document. Just keep ignoring these clowns.

More importantly if you have a UKCPS new PCN now, they are banned from getting DVLA data so do not appeal and no letters can be sent (at the time of writing this at the end of 2016).

Court Proceedings are UKCPS collecting their own debts, or they are acting illegally as they have no CCA! Their London office is a letter box in a mail drop!

Sorry to hear your Mum paid these loathsome maggots. UKCPS concentrate on disabled bays as they think it carries more clout, and they have climbed into bed with DUK a disabled motorist charity. Who deem it OK to penalise disabled people like your Mum who make a simple mistake.

Did you speak to customer services in the Asda or their head office? I would be making a compliant to head office telling them you are never going to use their shop again because of this!
Tell them you are going to make a complaint under The Equality Act 2010 for not making suitable adjustment for you mums disability! You never know you may get £40 of vouchers off them!
Or the best scenario they tell UKCPS to repay your Mum.

    Seconded.

Complain in writing to Asda Head Office Customer Services citing the Equality Act 2010. They have discriminated against a disabled person IMHO as the Blue Badge scheme does not apply on private land but UKCPS pretend it does on their signs.

They only do this to catch more people and to make it easier for them to 'police' disabled bays - well I am sorry but disabled bays on private land are for disabled people who qualify under the law - not just disabled people displaying a Blue Badge. She qualifies, she can use that space and must not be harassed and fleeced of her pension.
