Negotiating during Sky cooling off?

Options
I've just got a new deal with Sky to move to Sky Q. Wasn't a bad deal, £20 total for installation, and a bit off monthly. However, there is a 31 day cooling off, so wondering if anyone has had any luck negotiating again during that to get more off monthly, maybe credit to get back the installation fee, or get something extra added in like movies? What's the best strategy do you reckon? Phone retentions and say not impressed with sky q decided to cancel etc? Or some other route?

Isn't the cooling off period prior to install ? Once you have SkyQ up and running, then you are in a min. contract term AFAIA.

I think anyone trying to "negotiate" a cheaper deal in the cooling off period would have their bluff called.

As above, I think once the service is live, you are in minimum term. also, if you are upgrading , rather than being a new customer, there may not even be (probably isn't) a cooling off period.

Also, Q deals have been rather stingy.
