What protection do i get for paying by credit card?

I've looked all over the Barclaycard website and am failing the initiative test. I bought a sofa which has been a disaster from even before it was delivered and Oak Furniture Land have basically washed their hands of it. I paid by visa credit card, can Barclaycard help me, in what way and how do i access this help? thanks
