Mortgage after IVA
Help please!
I've just been declined for a mortgage by Halifax because I was in an IVA which I successfully exited in 2014!
Can anybody that has been in an IVA and has successfully got a mortgage afterwards please tell me their lender or a broker they used?
Many thanks

Yes we got one through a broker, at a good rate a year after IVA finished in December last year.
Use a broker...we have ours with Barclays/Woolwhich at reasonable rates0
