Not sure if this is the goth forum to drop this in, but I was reading on MSE earlier about the research company Pinecone.

Anyway, I've just managed to sign up using the link at the following address:

    http://www.surveypolice.com/pinecone-research

Apparently, their membership is a bit hard to find, and you can't apply directly, and allegedly you get £3 per survey? (I've only just joined, so I don't know how accurate this is). Anyway, I thought I'd post the link up for anyone else that might be interested.

No idea sorry. Racking my brains to think what it was even about - will come back later if I can remember.

I never had regular surveys from Pinecone (i.e. every day even week). So pretty normal to me. Demographics obviously have an important part.
My last one was on May 26. Before that I had one on April 15.

I've just received (and completed) a survey. It was unusually short, but I hope it gets credited because it ends in XXXXX-1001. Usually the -1001 are the ones that pay £3 and the -3001 are just profile questions.

Average of 1/2 Pinecone surveys a month, got to be quick as some are emailed out on a Friday evening and close on the Sunday

And Pinecone doesn't like tablet devices to complete them

I have just completed 2 surveys over the weekend, first ones in ages and got 300 points each for them.

Went over to redeem as I have 1,400 points and disappointed to see I can't get an Amazon voucher anymore. When did this happen please?

I am not bothered because I haven't used Amazon for a long time and I have tons of credit.

I haven't had one for 18 months now funnily enough not since I got rid of the Nilsson toolbar thing which I decided I did not like and cancelled my account on that.

I did email and they replied there have been no suitable questionnaires, again funny in that they were every 6-8 weeks for 5-6 years before that.
I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.

I didn't know they had paypal actually. I can remember when I used to get luncheon vouchers.

Has anyone here ever saved up for a large item, such as a camera or something like that?

Better paypal credit then gift vouchers for a website I never use
