I want to sell my iPhone - Best place?

I'm looking to sell my iPhone 5S but am wondering the best place to do it. I only bought it 8 months ago for £709 (it's the white 64GB) so I'm looking for a decent price for it. I've tried the various phone recycling websites, aswell as the comparison tool on here, and the most I've seen is about £320. Ideally I'm looking for over £400, as there's absolutely nothing wrong with it.
I'm a bit dubious about using eBay, as I'm too worried about being scammed and losing the phone and the money. The only place I can think of is gumtree, so does anyone have any suggestions?

I would say that ebay would be safer than gumtree.
You could also try a CEX shop.
It helps if you have the original box.0 -
Your local Facebook selling page?
I wouldnt sell a expensive mobile on ebay or Gumtree.0 -
Have you heard about this selling application called Shpock? Maybe it is a good place to sell your phone.
I was persuaded to use this app by my friend, and I think it is really good, both for selling and buying stuff.0 -
Anyone had any experience with Simply Drop?

Prices seem ok and there was an implication of a link to the Post Office.0 -
They are not the post office0
