No more slip ups now ladies we need to crack on and get ourselves sorted.

Maybe we should start a thread about why we want to be debt free and all the positive things we will be able to do when we are.

    Ok Ill go first

    1) I want to be financially independent
    2) I want to take my DD to Disneyland
    3) I want to live for the day not payday to payday :rotfl:

Afternoon all! How's everyone doing now that we've had another payday? :D

TMD - happy belated birthday. 40's the new 30, didn't you know?

    Doodledoo - impressive total there!

CMD - I share your holiday cravings. I'm thinking of putting all my dooyoo money towards a holiday for me and OH so I get it free - or at least money neutral. Only prob is, I'm thinking New York (we've never been to America), so would have to review everything I own. How's the walking going by the way? I've lost a bit of weight this month - have walked about 100 miles in Feb (according to my trusty pedometer). Not bursting out of my work trousers any more at least :o.

CAFC - Rome? Alright for some. How did your MSE spending go? And where's that whip? Let's get cracking and get motivated - it's a new month, nearly a new season and I've heard paper hats are going to be essential wear this summer :rotfl:.

*skips off to update paper hat challenge total*

    Hiya,

Walking is not going as well as it should but I have just purchased the ministry of sound workout so will be doing that from this week onwards. Wow 100 miles in a month. That is a fantastic achievement. well done!

Count me in - I am a dab hand (well, passable) with a paintbrush

(and my dad is a painter and decorator so very handy to call for those things that crop up that you don't know what do do about)

Yeah, count me in too. Am rubbish at painting walls but great at painting and varnishing skirting boards. Also doing a design course so if you need a hand with that am happy to lend it!

our offers do, however, come with conditions.....

namely something fizzy.... you know how we like our bubbles!

so much so i have a glass of Dr Pepper on the go as we speak.
Had a good day, and thoroughly enjoyed work, got some role plays tomorrow which i dont really enjoy but its only with a group of 4 so should be fine!
i feel relatively confident with it so will see how i go. would love to nail it....

Had another treatment as well this afternoon, which instantly made my toothache disappear..... top stuff!

    AND!!!!!
Apparently old job will be transferring my redundancy pay this week! YAY!!!
