Can a NW ISA be funded directly from an external account?

My brother needs to pay a large sum to our mother's Nationwide Flexible ISA but doesn't have PoA to transfer it via her Flex Direct account, which has a different sort code to one of her other accounts.

Thanks. It's really odd that they don't put this info on the online banking (I use the browser), yet they do for other accounts (and also on the useful drop-down list).

Can't you do this online - and pay it directly into the ISA?
