Is Gifthulk Legit?

I signed up to Gifthulk a month or so ago and it seems to be taking a while to get to a point where I can cashout. Has anybody successfully received vouchers, etc... from them... or is it a scam? I heard elsewhere that it was a scam site so just wanted to see if anyone had any experience of it? If no-one has been paid I might just cut my loses now.
