As CM says, the IAS is as bent as a corkscrew. That is why you should appeal to them, The anonymous, perverse, and law stood-on-its-head decision could then be shown to a judge, who then should throw the the case out on the grounds that the PPC do not offer an impartial adjudication.

Unfortunately, we do not know if he/she would or not as, AFAWAA, no PPC has ever taken anyone with one of these incriminating documents to court.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Luckily I can't see the woeful one's posts unless people quote them because I have been advised to block two posters here. Life is much calmer on here as a result.

She knows that parking firms contact posters - it was always believed that Perky used to and UKCPS. Now we have firms ripping people off with court claims and threats, like BW Legal, you never know what their other tactics might be.

Seeing as HO87 is too busy to assist by pm, I am too and salmosalaris hasn't posted for a while, it is prudent to advise people not to respond to private messages.

I think C-P that you should completely ignore as we all do.
It is simply not worth the effort

@ Rojaws - whilst you are not making a formal appeal to the IAS, you should file OFFICIAL COMPLAINTS TO

    The parking company/ IPC
    The DVLA
    The ICO
    The IPC

The complaints should point out that should further demands be received, your Data is now being unfairly processed due to a lack of INDEPENDENT SECONDARY APPEAL which the parking company subscribes to under the IPC.

Draft up complaint for critique before sending.

The parking companies are required to keep a REGISTER of complaints which can be inspected by the DVLA.

A separate complaint should also go to the landowner.

OK, so just received letter from Debt Recovery Plus Ltd.. usual rubbish about "High Court" proceedings!

OK, I will happily draft a few letters of complaint re use of personal data..

Any examples knocking about that I can have a look at?

Love this forum! These guys are so across the line into extortion with menaces its unreal..

There is no point in replying to a parkingwoes post, she is no longer a member on here

DRP do not do High Court, if they tried with their rubbish they probably would be locked up
They like to think they can use a small claims court as their own cash cow ?
    Dreamers to the extreme

IGNORE DRP as well as thousands of others do, a time wasting bunch

Please don't quote stuff from someone who is PPR'd, as beamerguy says, she's banned.

No need to respond to DRP except to tell the idiots of any new address, if you move house within six years:

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5035663

You need to be sure you do not get court papers, that's all. PLease join our campaign and tell your MP and Mrs May how this threat is affecting and worrying you:

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5524754&page=6

Please do that. A specialist complaint template letter is there as provided by the BMPA, if you need it written for you, but better to write your own and photocopy the drivel so Mrs May's advisers see the whole lot land on their desk with a thump.

Ah, OK, didnt realise they were banned.. what bought that on?..or dont I want to know?!

As it happens, I *am* looking at moving in the next few months, so thats good to know!

When you say I need to be sure I dont get court papers, was that a typo? In as much as I need to make sure that I *do*?..

OK, so this letter goes into the file to be roundly ignored :-)

If you move and don't tell the scammers, you won't know if you have had court papers. So, by telling them if/when you move, you will ensure that you have not missed them and therefore you will be sure you don't get them if they don't arrive at your new address.

Don't forget to tell the DVLA for both your driving license, and vehicle's V5. The two departments don't talk to each other.

It's always worth doing paying for mail forwarding when you move.

You really do not want to know what certain people have tried to do to me for a year. Harassment and far worse. Nothing to do with forums really, so don't worry, that sort of thing is not normal here and did not evolve from the forum.
When you say I need to be sure I don't get court papers, was that a typo? In as much as I need to make sure that I *do*?
Nope - I mean simply open & check every letter to make sure it is not court papers, over the next SIX YEARS (pathetic isn't it, that these scum firms are governing how people live their lives & trying to 'credit clamp' victims with CCJs issued to old addresses).

Highly unlikely but you need to know you have NOT missed court papers, to avoid the sort of thing shown in that linked thread about how to complain to your MP and Theresa May.

PLEASE WRITE YOUR COMPLAINT LETTER & BUNG IT IN THE POST THIS WEEK, TO YOUR MP AND MRS MAY, WITH PHOTOCOPIES OF THESE LETTERS.
