However, in a letter to Simone, the Appeals Department said: “It is not our intention to cause undue worry and frustration when enforcing our client’s terms and conditions of parking. We have investigated your appeal based on the information you submitted and confirm that this parking charge was correctly issued for the following reason.
“Vehicles are not permitted to park for over two hours in this car park.

“Please note that all our photographs are timestamped which cannot be changed by the wardens."

    that was there final word

just shows how stupid and naive they are (nor expert witnesses)

clearly they havent heard of hacking, nor the slogan "never say never" , nor the fact of the old adage "if man made it , man can break it !"

its obvious to a blindman on his deathbed that this warden (and others I assume) are doctoring these photos in some manner to fraudulently change those timestamps

instead of sticking their heads in the sand singing a tune called "LA , LA , LA" they should be looking into the possibility of being investigated for collusion in fraudulent activity and accepting that technology like cameras can be manipulated
  • the guy that signed that letter should be brought before a court

Maybe an appeal should be made including a statement that you suspect that the photos or the device taking them has been tampered with, resulting in your suspicion that they or there operatives are attempting to obtain money by deception. As this is a police matter, they must secure all such photos and the devices used as evidence. The police will be in touch.

As with cases where there's a number plate misread, a threat of police investigation over a cloned plate should be enough to make them back down.

I, for one, am prepared to believe the PPC here and shame on all of you who doubt them. Have you lost all faith in what people can say?

Clearly the warden is nothing more than an honest artisan toiling to earn a crust to feed his family. No - the time changes must be done by skilled admin staff back at the ranch instead!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
  • Obviously the warden is some sort of Time Lord and has the ability to move to a parallel universe which has the car parked at the time he took the photo.. Obviously he has to be in the 7.15am universe to be able to take one picture.. He then 'travels' to the 9.27am universe and takes the other picture.. So in theory the car was parked for longer than it should have been but they were in a different universe. Worth trying to appeal that the photos must have been taken in parallel universes as there is no other explanation for why it shows those time stamps...

This was issued by UKPC after a BBC "Look North" programme tonight:-

"A UKPC spokesperson said: “UKPC has been made aware of this incident and it has been fully investigated. This behaviour is completely contrary to UKPC's operating procedures and employees who do not adhere to our high professional standards or codes of conduct are subject to disciplinary proceedings up to and including dismissal.

We have put steps in place to mitigate the risk of this reoccurring.”

So, just one bad apple, or just one who was so stupid he's been found out?
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

Hang on, you've already issued a statement stating categorically that this can't happen in the first place. How on earth could it REoccur?

Must be at least two bad apples, we've had cases in Stoke and in Lincoln in the last week.
