    I was venting,the clue is in the Forum title.Praise and Vent!!!!


    I was not asking for idiotic comments from anyone.


    As John Lewis were in the wrong,I perservered with my complaint and refused a simple refund,eventually they have given me a substantial discount and I have kept the wrongly sent item.




    I imagine they would be delighted if all there customers were like the posters on this thread.




    Stick to Brexit ARandomMiser,I am sure your input is invaluable there!!!!!!

    So choosing a specific colour wasn't actually that big a deal?

    But how will you be able to hold up your head when the other laydees see that your food mixer doesn't match your kitchen decor?
