Littlewoods Catalogue PPI

Hi All


After reading up about the ppi on catalogues I decided to write to Littlewoods, I had two different accounts and they confirmed I had ppi on both accounts (They call it extra care 500.)


I received a letter on the 8th February stating that they have upheld both my claims and that they would work out how much I paid and send me a letter with a cheque in the next 28 days.


I located some old statements and found that some months I paid anything from £11- £38 a month.


One account I had ppi on from 1999 to 2015 when I stopped using the catalogue and the other 2003 to 2015.


Has anyone else had money back from Littlewoods and did you have to wait the full 28 days?

  • Yes they have and some do, some don't.

    Assume it'll be the full 28 days and you won't be disappointed.
  • I had a successful claim last year, but I had to get the Ombudsman to intervene because they initially didn't want to pay. It took a few month, but a cheque came quite quickly once they were told to pay up.
