Hopefully you will feel less flat once you get back into the swing of things HHOD. I can't adjust to how dark the mornings are!!!

Hows the healthy eating going? xx

Getting back into your routine will soon get rid of your post Christmas blues! Productive day for you though .

It's the January lull. There's nothing much to look forward to.

One of my ways of saving for Christmas is to actually buy store cupboard staples in the run up to the holidays. I am hopeless at avoiding temptation for scrumptious treats but funnily enough, toilet rolls and tea bags aren't so attractive. So I buy stuff needed for January.

    Keep shredding, take care

I expect you're right, I'll get used to my routine and then feel better. An early night will probably help.

My healthy eating is going well today with no bad foods consumed, so I just need to keep that up for twelve weeks and hopefully I can lose 12 pounds :T.

I think the weather’s not helping shake off the post-Christmas blues. It’s teeming again outside here!

Still I hope you luxuriate in your lampshade! Nice to have new things for the house.

It was actually quite bright here part of today SSG but chucking it down again by early evening.

I think I'm a bit worried about bringing in work and earning enough money. January is always a quiet month for us workwise, so we need to spend less money and focus on marketing. Back to reality after the fun of Christmas :o.

I'm also conscious that DS2 may want to go back to America soon, but I'm trying not to think about that :o.

I think I need something to look forward to, so DH and I should get on and join the National Trust with our Christmas money as planned. Then we could plan a few days out at the weekends to look forward to.

    Happy friday everyone :).

DS3 hasn't got up yet, he's going to be late for college if he doesn't get a move on .

Today's plans are carry on the great office de-clutter and plan our work goals for next week. This will include marketing objectives, improvements needed to our website and the general direction to take the business in during 2018.

I will also look out for surveys. It won't be NSD because DH is going to our friend's house tonight with DS3 to get his Citizencard application signed. DS3 can't get his wages until he's shown the restaurant photo id . So we will buy our friend a box of chocs as a thank you.

Apart from that it should be a NSD (hopefully) and it will be another AFD. I haven't drunk any alcohol in 2018 yet :rotfl::T.

Have a great Friday everyone :).

    Happy Friday HHOD.

So glad your eating is going well. Do you drink plenty too as this helps?

Re the marketing for your business, I'm sure you probably know all this but just incase and plus it might not be right for your business!
I do the marketing for the school I work at and I use all the social media which is obviously free. Is there any local selling/location groups of Facebook which you can advertise in.
Round here we have a local magazine which drops through the door monthly with ads and local stories in. If you had something similar maybe you could advertise in there, this would be paid for though.
I have made good relations with the shops etc in the village and they allow us to put up posters etc. Hope this helps, if not il shut up now!!!

    xx
