how does this scheme work with people who are employment agency workers. Will I be enrolled in one?

Yes it will apply to all workers. In your case, it's not clear how - it depends on who your employer is and who pays you. If it's the Agency, then they will have to auto-enrol you.
Also, it might not be the NEST scheme - it could be another scheme if the Agency chooses.Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac
