Can anyone advise how to raise a CCJ?

Hi Everyone
Hoping someone out there can help.
I am owed £5k by a company, and need to start the process of getting my money back. I was going to raise a CCJ against them through moneyclaimonline.
I was wondering if anyone had done this and if they could advise me through the process.

Hi, Have you tried phoning your local County court? They will be able send you out a claim pack, for you to start issuing a claim. I can't remember off hand how much it will cost you to start a claim for the amount of money that is owed to you, however i would give your local County court a call. They are usually very helpful. Hope this is of some use to you. If you don't know the phone number of your court, go to www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk Good luck with your claim if you go through with it.20p savers club
