    Traditional bolognese sauce is generally made from a mix of pork and beef, so you could try all the usual bolognese sytle stuff, spag bol, chilli, lasagne, tray bake, burritos, tacos...

    I make pork burgers and ranchero pie with mine :D
    Squares knitted for my throw ~ 90 (yes!!! I have finally finished it :rotfl: )

    i mix pork mince, a gently fried onion, half a pack of cheapo stuffing mix, salt/pepper and an egg to bind and make delish meatballs my oh loves them:D
    proper prior planning prevents p!$$ poor performance! :p

    thanks all in the end i made meatball with a tomoato sauce and pasta - trying the meatballs with stuffing mix sounds good - may try that next time.

    Home made pork burgers (minced pork, finely chopped onion, pepper and salt if you use it - thoroughly mixed, with perhaps an added beaten egg if they're not sticking together. Press together as much mixture as you can hold in your cupped hands - about small tennis ball size - then pat flat to about the width of your thumb. Shallow fry for about 5/6 minutes each side.)

    Favourite with breadbuns, fries, salad and coleslaw.
