I hope she either gets the candle for her special day or gets her money back.
Thanks Chris, as I say I feel bad because I was looking for places she could get a Yankee Wedding Day candle at a more reasonable price and came across this website. I'll offer to give her the money if it doesn't arrive, but I know she'll refuse it :-/Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0 -

Thanks Sarah, the only reason she didn't look at Amazon is in case they had old stock and the smell wasn't there. We've come across Yankee candles before that have had this problem.
The other site looks good, shame I didn't know about them before.Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0 -

The address appears to be just a holding location for many different companies. Probably just looking for a prestigous sounding central London address

Well, I think I can safely say my daughter must have been scammed by this website. There's been nothing from them, no e-mail confirmation nor reply, no answer when she or I phone, no answer following my message left on their website. I'm so angry, she's now got the hassle of trying to get her money back. It's going to have to wait until after her wedding, she's so stressed at the moment anyway with everything that's going on.
Should the candle turn up, I will let you know, but the total lack of communication etc has me very dubious that it will.Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0 -

I think you should report them to action fraud.
It looks like fraud
