But you got the passport sorted out? At least its a job you dont need to do again for a long time
Yes, was most impressed with the Malaysian Embassy. Normally they are not very customer friendly. But as soon as we walked in and they could see oh had his oxygen on and was struggling, they whisked us through to the photo and thumb print bit and he got his passport all done and dusted within half hour.Normally you have to wait and then come back after 3pm to get the passport. Plus his one is only £20 for over age 60s, but a UK one would have been £80, so that sets off the taxi fare a bit lol.
    .
Mind you, I did get my son to phone them up to ask them about disability access etc. They were not very helpful to him on the phone but I'm wondering if his phone call did prompt them to get things done quicker than normal. They did seem to be expecting us even though they didn't know what day we were arriving, as you cant make appointments.

Expensive tour of London was quiet nice too really :D

Well I did initially. Especially as I thought it would be about £15 each way black cab and probably £10 each way with Uber and might have been able to get it dirt cheap if I could get the 02 and uber offer to work :rotfl:
