Hi please add me to the list. I'm going to aim for £50 per day... I lost today completely as I spent the day broken down on a blind bend with a police safety escort! They suggested I buy a new car. I'm devastated as that's just more money ! My eldest starts secondary school on Wednesday and I need to drive him the 10 miles each way for the school runs... but have no car! A taxi is £30 per journey... I just can't do it... so he will miss his first few days at secondary school probably. I am ill with the worst bout of flu I have ever had too... I think I just want to crawl under a rock and cry.

I will start selling tomorrow and see what I can raise towards repairs for the car... I need to repair it and sell it so I can get a replacement... anyone want a rubbish landrover freelander! Grrrr

Sorry to be so negative... one of those days!

I start with £16 saved in money off grocery coupons in waitr@@e and £2 for a facebay sale...

Good luck everyone and see you all in the threads with lots of cash going in your pockets xxx

Could another parent help you out for a couple of days?

That must have been really scary and flu too :(

Sorry to say my garage has a long line of land rovers and range rovers lined up outside the garage. My son asked why and he said they all needed repairs that the owners couldn't afford

Just read all other posts. So sorry :( life ducks sometimes but when it gives you lemons, make lemonade.

There might be work out there that you can do from home. It's just getting feelers out.
  • Welcome to the thread. Sounds like you have some very expensive times ahead:eek:. If there's anything you'd like to know or need explaining please ask. This is a lovely friendly thread and we love having new people come and join us:j.

    Good Luck with everything:beer:

Thank you. Yes, very expensive times ahead and unfortunately DH has a "let's pay people to do everything for us" attitude which is driving me insane!!

I already use swagbucks, Quidco, topcashback & yougov.

Have made £15.36 already on small ebay sales. But have just had an email from somebody claiming a brand new item I sold last month doesn't work, so am preparing myself to have to refund £15 for that :mad:

    Hello and welcome back.

I"m a bit busy right now but if you look at last months thread, and the month before, we discussed them and there was a post on Qmee 2 months ago.

Receipt hog. Shopprize android only. Although think not recruiting right now, shoppix are all phone receipt apps. Also quidco click snap, topcashback snap and save and checkout smart.

Wombling there is No elite thread somewhere I think about that.

I will be back later to cover your questions in depth although some are daily posts that haven't been. Posted yet.

Thank you very much! Have read the article on wombling and have signed up to Qmee and Prolific as well as downloading as many apps as I've managed to find for surveys/receipt scanning so off to a good start thanks to your advice

Unfortunately no earnings for me today as im mainly focusing on online/apps etc but it will all pay off in the end Im sure.

Well done to everyone for their achievements so far, you're all a inspirational!

Did you take photos of the item working and upload them to ebay? Or keep them yourself?

When I sell working electronics, I always take photos with today's date, and different functions to show working.

That way if anyone raises ss a dispute I have evidence. If there is a way to prove it was working when you sent it, contact eBay.
