Tax year on P60

I'm having a total blank here - sorry to sound so thick, but when filling in my tax return which P60 should I use?
I've moved from being an agency worker (supply teacher)to being self employed and the only one I have is an End of Year Certificate Tax year to 5 April 2016. The last time I was paid a wage was in October 2016 - I don't have a P45 either. Is this one the right one to use on my tax return due in by 31/01/18?

You are completing the 2016/17 return - can’t understand why you could imagine including the details for a different tax year.
Either obtain a P45 or log in to your tax return - your employment details, assuming compliance by your employer, should already be completed. Unfortunately you would have no way of checking this.0 -
As above, you won’t have a P60 for 16/17 as you were not in a PAYE job at the end of that year. You need your P45.0
