    Just 4 for me please shaggy. I'll go for 15 again for June. Giving myself a big kick to settle down and get back on track. Lots of work rubbish happening but that's no reason to hurt me with drink, more a reason to keep a clear head. Must remember that!

    I didn't have an AFD yesterday - OH's birthday.

    What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
