    I dont see a problem but if your looking for a decent response all the main cashback threads are on the other board,and the cashback peeps tend to hang out there.

    I have been ripped off by FatChance for cashback on flights & hotel transactions last April (2011), and they just ignore my tickets and messages.
    I've got about a tenner or so in other things awaiting payment that I'll wait to clear and then take payment of, but I don't do anything via their site anymore so that'll be their lot from me then.
