    Worth the effort to who? The OP has already placed the order and it may have been despatched, so it's been little effort to him. And if it turns up it would surely be worth HP spending a relatively small amount so that they can recover £2800 worth of goods.

    So I said is it really worth the hassle of accepting and looking after the parcel and then having to return it. Certainly for me it wouldn't be.
