My account matured yesterday. No interest has been paid and it has not transferred to an ordinary account. How long does this usually take?
Thanks

They've delayed it until tonight, for some unknown reason.
It's an instant access account anyway (unlike most other banks' monthly savers), so if you want the money you can either withdraw some, or close the account to get the full balance plus interest; either can be done online in minutes. Otherwise, hang on a day, enjoy your extra few pence of interest at 2.25%, and it should get moved into an account paying 1% by tomorrow morning0 -
