marston ballifs are going to get bricks through their car windows each time i see them.

pushing there way in a property i rent then threatening to take landlords property for a a speeding fine i apparently got in 2011 when i lived in spain from 2010 -2012. cost me £600 to get them gone now i cant find who to talk to to get my money back and marston say they cant help there computers have gone down. feel like i should of stabbed them

not to mention if the fine was mine im sure i would of received something from dvla or a court before this

Making threats like this is not wise. If you assault staff or damage their property you can expect to end up in court, and fined or jailed, which sounds like it would be fair enough.

Help! Marston Group strike again! I have today collected from my old address (I moved away back in August) an arrest warrant dated 3 Dec for a £330 debt. Arrest? For £330? Seems rather extreme considering I have had other far larger debts on my plate with no mention of arrest! Is this a scare tactic I wonder, I thought only the police could make arrests?

Please start your own thread. Bailiff law changed in April 2014 so attaching to one started in 2012 is going to be misleading.

Please state what this debt is for, what your total debt is and what your overall strategy is for them.
