    No 18 finally off the blocks with a £1000 payment in April :) - feels good to make a start. Less than I would have liked due to £1800 bill for electrics in the BTL in Feb :(

    Next pymt probably not until July now (looking to pay min £1k at a time to trigger automatic recalcs of payments)
