Try fitting them to a Mazxda 6...

Why, is there some problem with this? My car isn't a Mazda 6, but it is a Mazda.

I feel this would be a far better, cheaper & safer approach because they would also have the opportunity to check your situational & spatial awareness in general.

And what if it is found wanting?

Fitting parking sensors to aid people with poor spacial awareness is no different to giving spectacles to people with poor eyesight.

Both solve a problem and prevent accidents.

I got a set of £9.99 ones from Amazon and got a trusted mechanic to fit them. Properly measured and placed. Took him about an hour and a half but he removed the rear bumper etc and routed the display / box correctly.

    Car was a Mazda 2 08 and I paid £50 for fitting.

A good fitter and a cheap set are fine.
  • Mazda6 was a nightmare. Felt like the entire car had to be stripped down for the wiring.
