Howdy ! It's never easy to get a straight answer with freesat
Eventually I googled aerial force. Initial price was £79 but if there are other things that need doing , engineer quotes before doing job.
So , replace 1xquad and l m b . He quoted me over £376.00
I of course refused. I said it should be £140 max
I ended up paying £200.00 for about 7/8 mins work .
Ripped off? I paid by credit card. Also the invoice was to TV Aerial,co
I guess it's been subcontracted out. Same day service .
The engineers on the website looked nothing like him .
I sent email to the contact us part of the website and to freesat explaining the above.
Your thoughts?
Thanks
