  • I was missold a ppi policy from nationwide back in 2005. I wrote one letter to them explaining the curcumstances at the beginning of November. Within 7 days I had a letter confirming that a investigatation would take place and be completed by 14th December 2009. Yesterday I recieved a letter offering me a full refund of the premiums plus 8% interest. Total figure is 1500 pounds. Very happy, not just with the result but the efficiency of Nationwide in dealing with this. As the loan is not paid of yet, they are reducing my direct debit payment in light of the premiums being stopped!
  • :j:j:j:j:j Recieved cheque from FIRST PLUS today putting us back in position of never taking out ppi started in August has taken about 12 weeks
THANK YOU ALL FOR ENCOURAGEMENT AND ADVICE :A:A:A:A:A
