    Not much! The big four supermarket firms face increased competition and they have invested in too many very large out of town supermarkets.

    I do think why go for something so specific when you can buy an REIT investing in a larger commercial property area, or even something like Tritax Big Box, mostly warehouses for the likes of Amazon etc.
