Can you not 'create' a new email account with Hotmail or something like that?
  • yes i did think of that but it seemed a lot of work for a simple name change - and now i have put some detail in the first post and "new" user name asking for advice about the same sort of thing would be linked!

Is it possible to change my user name??

Ignoring the username nonsense (you've been told how to do it)

    Does she work?

Does she have a contact order?

    Do you have a solicitor?
  • Have you put in a claim for child support? If not that's the first thing to do. If there is an existing claim and she is not paying the amount she has been assessed to pay they should be taking action to enforce payment.

Right so really your kids are missing out on approx. £42 per week? Get in touch with the CMS and make a claim.

(assuming no pension contributions and no kids in her household)

    Hello

yes i managed to get the child support after about six months after she moved out, then i realised it was just being paid into my account not in my name. So i made a claim and the child benefit agency contacted her and she confirmed that they lived with me and they paid me the benefit. - did not see any of the payments for hte previous six months though....
