    Unfortunately, there is no way to hurry the complaint process.

    I imagine this may be why the MoJ advisor suggested paying the fee and then making the complaint.

    I'm not sure I agree with that course of action though.

    Just as you said earlier, there are no guarantees that your money will be refunded or even that the cancellation fee will be reduced.

    I would look at the other post I made. I have decided to wait until they take me to court. Remember you still hold the cash and they can only get at it with a court order. The level of harassment from them and dishonesty has been identified by the Claims Regulator, Google Harringtons Advisory Ltd and look at the claimsregulation link, it's also worth having a read of the google reviews, their is a classic one which is obviously written by a Harringtons employee.

    Hopefully they will fold soon and the appeal fails.
