Good morning, i have just got a barclaycard 24 month 0% interest fee free account. I am looking at balance transferring my next account approx £450 and I have just been told that there will be a 2% handling charge? How can this be on a fee free balance transfer account?

The balance transfer is interest free for 24 months. There is usually a one-off transfer fee to pay, between 2 and 3% (although sometimes an offer might be transfer-fee free).
I don't think you can transfer a balance to a Next (retailer) card as this is a store card, not a credit card.0 -
Could it be this one ?

0% interest for 24 months on balance transfers made within 60 days of opening your account (0% fee applies). A fee of 2% will be applied to your account at first, but you'll only pay 0% as we'll refund the difference – terms and conditions apply
