What gets me mad about this is the mail shot I received informing me of this charge, but at the very end of the letter it say's "If you'd still prefer to keep getting paper bills, you don't need to do anything." OK, I thought, I will stand to the cost and carry on receiving the paper bill (I need it to present to my employer for a refund and they don't accept copies). Then - ON THE VERY SAME DAY OF RECEIVING THIS LETTER i get an email telling me I have been switched to paperless billing; end of!! Even the links on their website to opt for paper bills has been removed - I now have to call that stupid 800150 number and request it. This is such abysmal customer service and I will leave bt AS SOON AS MY CONTRACT IS UP.0
