you need to sign in then click on loyalty/account top right of the home page, then in the column on the left click on e-voucher details (top of the list) and they should be listed there, if not immediately then check again in a couple of days0

I ordered my vouchers Wednesday morning and they still haven't appeared in my red spotted hanky account. Is anybody else still waiting for theirs to turn up?0

I ordered on 10 May and still no credits. Never known RSH to take this long. Bored with constantly checking my account but will just have to be patient.0

Well the first application I put in on 14 May - it was there on 18th, possibly the 17th, I didn't have time to look.
Two from applications on the 15th are not there yet.0 -
