I have a loan with endeavor now hfc i believe, payment was coming from my wifes account but about 12 months ago i swithced payment back to my account but never set up a direct debit. I have been paying by debit card albeit 1-3 days late but never more than that because i kept forgetting to sebd the direct debit form in, stupid really because there is plenty money in my account each month to cover it.Anyway, finally got round to sending the direct debit off last week but they have just sent me a letter back saying we can confirm we have recieved.....etc etc, but we are unable to set this up at present due to our transfer to moorgate servicing limited. In the meantime we ask that you continue to make payment using the current method. Any ideas as to why this has happened? There are no arrears by the way, i just used to pay them when they rang me the day after payment was due, or i rang them.

From Moorgates WebsiteIf you have recently received a letter from HFC Bank Limited regarding the transfer of your account to Moorgate Loan Servicing (MLS), we look forward to administering your loan with effect from Monday 3 June. The conditions of your loan will not change, and from Monday 3 June onwards you will be able to make on-line payments and manage your account through this website.
In the meantime, if you have any queries, please contact HFC Bank Limited in the usual way.0 -
