It's the old 'increase saturation and colour on Photoshop' Ward & Partners trick. I'm guessing pic3 is the EA's edited one that was supposed to be the only one there.... they also removed the drain?

The owners of this house clearly missed Ikea's chuck out your chintz ads in the 90's!!
