    If your account starts with 67, then you are on their new system and both accounts should be able to be combined.

    If not, you are on the old system and will have to wait.

    Mine was switched this week - before that,I had no online access at all.

    I was moved to the new system some months back, but i was only able to register with one account. When i try to register for the gas it says my details are already on the system.
    I have enough money to last me the rest of my life... unless I buy something.

    Basically EDF do not offer online servicing in any form. They are completely useless.

    EDF have just sent me info re registering online and consolidating my two accounts into one that starts with a 67.
    Online registration works, although there's no consumption info in the account yet.
