Help Needed to Remove Tough Stain

Hoping that somebody can help me.

I have some white polyester jackets that have black marks on them from the padding of harnesses for musical instruments.

Whilst carrying the instruments in the wet, the black padding on the harness has marked the jackets.

I have washed several times with acti-lift and varnish but this has not shifted the stains.

Any advice greatly appreciated xxx
