HSBC!! Help how do i change my address?

Howdy all,

Anybodys know how I can change my address for my hsbc bank account? Do i need to show them any proof of address or anything too?

  Normally banks ask for a letter with your signature to authorise the address change.

  If you do online banking you can change the address there, no need to do a letter, but if it's joint a/c both of you have to log on and change the address.
