Default Slendertone

Anyone used slendertone and does it work, you obviously couldnt use it just on its own so you'd have to use it in conjunction with other fitness ideas

Hi, started a thread about this a few weeks ago... Slendertone

I'm beginning to notice a difference now, my tummys a lot firmer. I'm using it in conjunction with my usual gym routine and healthy eating. Its a bit uncomfortable though

Dragging this up again from last year, I am using one at the moment and it is working very well, I am doing this in conjunction with 1 swim a week and usually 2 gym visits.. stomach is the hardest for me to get rid of, but the belt is beginning to work wonders
