well the way i see it it could go in 2 ways from there
1 they put the price from 10p a min to 12p and up and up and up etc...
2 they stop charging
think about it what would u do if it was your company i pesonly would go with 1
Or number 3. They decide not to collect/pay for un stamped mail.
The company has no obligation to collect or arrange a re-delivery of the mail, They can simply ask Royal Mail to return to sender. I would also defiantly not try this when sending anything time sensitive (i.e. paying a bill) as It will seriously delay the time it takes the company to receive the item of mail (if they decide to take it at all).
i worked for a company who used a po box as there main address havnt got clue why but they sent out to companys etc prepaid envelopes. so if anything came in that needed charging for they would refuse it. if it was a cheque to pay a bill then the sender would be sent a reminder that they owed the bill whilst the cheque is being sent back to the.. This can also affect the customers credit rating for late payments etc...
I thought of you with love today, but that is nothing new.
I thought about you yesterday, and days before that too.
I think of you in silence,I often speak your names.
All i have are memories, and your picture in a frame,
Your memory is my keepsake, with which I'll never part.
God has you in His keeping,I have you in my Heart.

ill just add that i had a customer do that to me in a complaint letter asking for a refund
so i sent her a photocopy of her envelope with the charges and refunded her....minus the cost of the stamp and handling fee she "forgot" to put on it !
im sure she wont forget next time
I have now moved to work in the Greek Islands over the summer so will be unable to reply to personal messages
