Mouthwash & Colgate weekly clean

Hi,
I get through quite abit of mouthwash, usually whatever is on offer, I have got some Aquafresh at the moment but also bought Listerine and Plax. I wondered is it worth spending the extra of these more expensive washes when Boots/Morrisons/Sainburys etc.. often have their own brand on 2 for £1? Is it just that they often taste nicer or are they superior in protecting teeth?
Also, I have just bought some Colgate professional weekly clean, is that recommended by dentist or just another gimmick?
Thanks!

I think the own brands will be just as good. I've never bothered with brushing my teeth or mouth wash and I turned out fine anyway.

A waste of money in my opinion.0 -
Hello
i personally buy listerine-as i think it works better for me, then asda/boots own brand etc. I've tried cheaper ones in the past, but kept going back even though it is more expensive. Mind you, its one of the few things i spend more on!
