  • There is a thread on Wanna Do it on this and the opinion is around the beginning of December. We really need Quackers to answer this one!

Last year it was 3rd December if I remember correctly as I stumbled upon it by accident and luckily had my little boy with me so we had a good choice.
  • Hi
I was in Clarks on Monday and asked the shop assistant. She said that it was happening in about 2 weeks time which, thank goodness, is when my boy needs new shoes. BRING ON THE BARGAINS CLARKS!

For anyone who lives in or near Birmingham there is a Clarks Factory Shop at Perry Barr One Stop Shopping Centre (which caters well for bargain hunters as it has a Home Bargains, a Poundland, Poundstretcher, Next Clearance and a TK Maxx!)

Clarks can be a bit hit n miss, but 3 or so weeks ago were doing 3 pairs of ladies shoes for £35 (2 for £25) as I recall, and actually had lots of stock. Mens were slightly more (3 for £45, I think). Didn't look at kids as don't have any myself, sorry.
  • I used to work at Clarks, usually the sale is supposed to start the last couple of weeks in Nov. Last year, our store was late in reducing everything (it takes a lot of time) so only started beginning of Dec. If you plan on going in and trying some shoes on, check the boxes they bring them out in, if they have a sticker or felt tipp mark it means they will be reduced.
  • Thanks everyone, it would be just my luck to buy my kids new shoes and then the sale start straight after.

There's a Clarks factory shop in Street, Somerset (Clarks Shopping Village) and one in Holloway, London.

  • Asked again today at the Solihull store and was told by a very unhelpful assistant manager that its just before Christmas. When I said it was early December last year she said it varies.

Any more news? Will it be next Monday? My two boys really need new trainers and I have been waiting for the sale. Of course there might be nothing suitable but it is worth looking when they are £25 a pair.
