I wish you sold reusable shopping bags with this sort of message on them it would be green and get the message out about the site.

PMSL Just think if Roy Cropper had one in Coronation Street.

No offence, but i think this is stupid how you have to pay for 2 A4 envelopes, they are 40p each, so thats 80p, then 2 stamps (Large letter) 2x48p so........

Your really paying £1.68 for a measly car sticker!!!

Pigsback- 250pp (11.50 claimed) Ipoints- 200
Toluna- 16 615 (Need 60000 for Sainsbury's voucher) Lightspeed- 110 points (aiming for a W H miths or BHS 10.00 voucher)

We would love people to get car stickers... but no one has to. The stickers are free, but logistically and expense wise, for us to post them out to people is a nightmare. It was also involve data protection as we would need to record people's addresses.

The car sticker is a fun way to support the site (and there's no need for two A4s, you can post the second a4 envelope within one of any size) and we'd welcome anyone who wants to get one. But please no body feel obliged.

Martin

It's not a measly car sticker... If you don't want to pay the postage then don't... it's that simple?

Someone needs to learn how to:

a) Re-cycle envelopes

b) Join one of the many "money-from-nothing" clubs on MSE to save the cost of a FAB car sticker

c) Blimmin well chill out!

Red face Car Sticker

Somebody was looking at my car the other and I got a bit suspicious until I realised they were reading my MSE car sticker - they pointed it out to their friend as well....good stuff

Thumbs down hmm

I saw one of these in my home town (Leighton Buzzard) the other day and my first thought was ":O I love MSE too, I want one"..but after a second or so's thought I really don't like the message it sends (especially as I work for a bank ).. I don't want to 'rob' anyone, I don't think banks are the enemy; I come here for tips on how to cut down on bills, get news of the best deals and tips to spend a little more intelligently etc ...I suppose the message is for shock value and it certainly catches the eye I just don't think it's a very positive message or representative of what this site is used for.

I received my sticker a few days ago - came through very quickly! Many thanks to the people sending them out....popped it straight on the car, and notice lots of people stopping to look!! (Mind you, it could also be the Kernow flag I have on it, whilst living in Devon! Dangerous........) Viva la MSE!!

Well i have half a box of A4 envelopes from stuffing envelopes from 10 years or more ago, and my mum gave me all her stamps before she left to live in France in March this year so i've managed to gather materials for nowt, which makes a change for me.

Life is about give and take, if you can't give why should you take?

I'm with you on this one. Is it possible to thave a rethink about the message that is sent if there is a reprint at any time? I'd be proud to deisplay a sticker that said along the lines of "Martins the money saving expert but i'm not far behind"
