Who do I tell??

I have had our housing and council tax benefit confirmed so I was wondering who I tell now I have been passed to RTLU, is it OR or RTLU?

  If you've been passed to RTLU then inform them. (When I was, my original OR said all my case paperwork had been given to RTLU and I was to contact them for any changes etc)
